Slawek and Adriana have worked together for many years renovating and refurbishing private houses throughout London as main contractors. Through this work they discovered a mutual appreciation for exceptional craftsmanship and well thought through, practical design. Sharing a love of manufacture, they started Craftwell with a view to creating long lasting, well designed steel windows and doors to the highest standards, direct to Clients throughout the UK. Using their own experienced tradesmen and keeping the whole team close knit and under control, the highest standards of service, design, manufacture and installation can be maintained with relative ease. This ensures a smooth, process driven experience that remains focussed on controlling lead times and delivering quality to the highest levels.team

What we do

We survey, design, manufacture, supply and install custom made steel windows and doors to residential and commercial Clients. Following our initial contact, we will discuss designs and calculate associated costs. Once the order is confirmed we will attend the site and complete a full site survey, taking detailed measurements, that will then be used to produce final design CAD drawings. The manufacturing process will then commence with a clear lead time illustrated and understood. Once delivered to site, our experienced tradesmen will install the new products and ensure you are 100% satisfied. We are happy to work as part of your refurbishment team and would prefer to be brought in as early as possible so as to liaise with structural engineers and contractors to discuss the intricacies of the installation.

Once installed, we will complete a handover to you illustrating use and maintenance of your new windows or doors and leave you with them clean and polished ready for use.
